ROBERTO MANCINI is ready to launch a massive summer sale as he overhauls his Manchester City squad.
Mancini currently has 37 first-team players at his disposal but must trim down to 25 to meet the Premier League's new requirement.
And that means the likes of Craig Bellamy, Nigel De Jong, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Stephen Ireland could all leave City for knockdown prices before the season begins next month.
I would definitely want us to go in for De Jong as cover for Song.
According to the Sun:
Bellamy and Ireland and De Jong would be great with Bellamy foirst choice and fingers crossed that Wenger could manage him, he would add some nice attitude on the pitch and could be one of our best finishers.

Bellamy's attitude alone cannot get him into our team if we were to have him at Arsenal now is not the time anymore at 31 if correctly quoted by slayer as his age then he is past it for us. Ireland is too inconsistent as Lex said hence why I had not shown any interest in him in the original post. I like Richards and he is the only one from Man City I would say we could use apart from DeJong but I didn't mention him cuz I don't think City wud sell him and even if they did being english his price would be very high for us misers anyways.
Bellamy, Ireland and Richards would do nicely.
And before anyone says we don't meed strikers, fucking sell Bendtner or Vela and have done with it.
Bellamy is an 'orrible bastard and we need a couple like him. He can also play a bit.

Swerve, you didn't think this through did you?
Bellamy, 31, scored 13 goals and 0 assist in 40 appearances for Man City last season.
Bendtner, 22, scored 12 goals plus 7 Assists in 31 appearances for us last season.
Why should we replace a striker (Bendtner) who normally scores a goal in every 2.5 games with an older striker (Bellamy) who needs every 3 games to score a goal?
Bendtner's record is also massively improved if you add his 7 assists to the equation.
Even replacing Vela with Bellamy is a backward step for us, the former has the potential to be a better player than Bellamy ever was in the next 2-3 seasons, whereas Bellas is now 31 and some would say his best days are long behind.
Richards and De Jong are the only ones I'd like to see at Arsenal, and a perfect fit for us right now when we look short at CB and possibly DM. I think Richards can make a brilliant RB, a powerful Maicon type.
I don't see the need for any of Ireland, Bellamy or SWP in the squad. Bellamy's a good player but to me, he looks like poison to a dressing room. Plus Wilshere is going to come through strongly and challenge for a place like Ramsey started to last season, I'm sure of it.
i would definately want de jong and ireland the rest are kinda meh.
i would also want bellamy but he seems to rub people up the wrong way and after getting rid of people like gallas and adebayor i dont think we need another person in the dressing room who seems to attract trouble
