Arsenal Message Board
'Football internet bores', take note.
There's more to supporting a team than trophies.
The article in link below takes a different look at the so-called cardinal (7 years without a trophy) sin Wenger is accused of committing.
Obviously, the writer goes against the lazy journalism stance on this issue - which is the whipped up 'Arsenal, a club in crisis' articles being printed daily by the media.
hahaha - Deeprick comes out of hiding with this sorry excuse of a post.
If you think trophies are not the be all and end all then why did you make such a song and dance when United lost to Palace - after all, it was just a game to you. Why did you so desperately want to beat Birmingham?
You are in it to win it and any supporter who says different is a liar. OK, expectations will have different levels but Arsenal's expectations are high.

'theres more to supporting a team than winning trophys'
ok deeprick, I know this question terrifies you and sends you scurrying for cover but
when and why did you start supporting Arsenal?
was it to do with all the trophies they were winning at the time?
we know you wont answer, it would be the final nail in your coffin lets face it, but i'll enjoy watching you wriggle out of this one with your pigeon english!
I don't think anyone who is a real supporter basis their loyalty for the club on success.
A lot do base it on the success of those who represent it though.
All have a responsibility to perform to the best of their abilities. If they don't win anything, then you have to look to bring in people who can.
