Can someone explain "spying" to me please

paddock - it all boils down to a simple matter - the gut feeling amongst the public is that the FIA has been inconsistent.

You are unlikely to find a Ferrari fan who agrees with that and you are unlikely to find someone who isn't a Ferrari fan (this really isn't about McLaren) who disagrees with it. We could argue forever and not agree on the matter.

The arguments won't just stop because people like Brundell are taken to court - in fact it will just make the whole farce even more ridiculous and turn people more and more against the sport.
I don't think Brundle, Lauda, Jacke Stewart and co are deliberately lying. I think they are saying that we all want to have the feeling that the FIA are handling everyone fairly, and that the FIA is not doing it.

The media don't even need to lie - they will put the "truth" (we've been here before LOL) across in a way that sells. This is the case for any news - not just F1. You have to be very very clever or well loved to beat the media at their own game, and I don't think the FIA have either of those qualities.

The only people who have any chance of giving the sport any of its credibility back are the FIA, and I don't see them going out of their way to do it, and I repeat that I think this is because Max and Bernie are simply too arrogant and don't really care about us.
