Kraft is making two bids, buying the name of the stadium and buying shares of the club. The first bid may give us about £100 millionm, which is just a business deal. Moores should have minimal influence to it. Hopefully these two bids are not tied together, because the first one can give us a lot of immediate relief on cash issues, especially when January transfer window is only around the corner.
When it comes to share buying, Moores has to show his hands. I wonder whether the Thai bid and Morgan's bid will come back. In fact, the more the bid the better. Either Moores can be bought out, or he can get more money from his holdings.
