Florentino is a businessman who knows football, don't you wish Liverpool had a similar type of management?
Many of the players on your list are on their way out: Salgado, Heinze, Drenthe, M. Diarra, De La Red, and Van Der Vart for sure... and maybe Robben and Sneijder.
Sure, I did mention that many on the list will be leaving, but that does not detract from the sheer quality and depth in that squad. Nor does it account for how horribly unbalanced it could turn out to be...can't see a detsructive ball winning midfielder of the quality of the attacking players they have bought in there (yet).
With regards to the question of Saviola I thought he had gone on a long term loan to Benfica (3 years or so?) but I may be wrong on that.
I am still hoping that Robben Van der Vaart and Sneijder all end up at LFC (I will take Huntelaar and Heinze off your hands as well)!!

Pellegini's excellent work at Villareal does not guarantee success at RM. Dealing with mega stars is a different game all by itself.
One thing is for sure, RM will be the most watched team in the planet next season.

My most sincere apologies LFCArmchair, how on earth could I have made such an elememtary mistake of putting a single player under the wrong category - please do accept my humble gratitude that you are there to ensure such errors do not go unchecked ; )
