    Team to face Sunderland away?

A spirited performance but a very dissapointing result against Arsenal may have all but ruled out Champions league football for another season. I cant see it happening now but we would really be kicking ourselves should someone slip up and we dont capitalize elsewhere. The good news is that Sessegnon and Cattermole will sit this one out with bans whilst Glenn and Stevie should be fit to return. I wonder if we will see our old greek friend Soto at some point?!

    • Steven Gerrard and Glenn Johnson returned to training today.

    • I'm looking for a big time double in the next week.. nothing less will do and every match from here on out has to be seen as a must win at all costs, loss and we're out competition... Feel like a broken record.. I'm want for some flair, creativity and dynamic play in the final 3rd this week!!

      • I like your style Jason! I think Wisdom might be a step to far, with Coates and Kelly waiting for a chance at CB. I haven't heard much about Ngoo, is he really ready to step up? God knows how I would love to see a striker form the reserves come up and start banging them in, would be a great boost for the whole team (apart from Carroll). It's really important that we start giving these guys some minutes, getting some talent through the youth system is the only way the club is going to move forward imo.

having said that, we need to show respect to Sunderland and Kuyt and Bellamy deserve to get on the pitch. Bring the young guns on as subs.
