I'm with you on this Jason.. I think Suarez has caused a lot of embarrassment for the FSG brand. No player is bigger than the club.. so they'll push for as much as they can for him. Close to £60m as you advocate.. we could buy in 3 quality players for that.. and any money FSG have in addition. With Suarez making noises like if a CL club wants him to come get him.. then ok then so long Luis. we want players at LFC who wanna be here and love playing for the shirt and the club and want us to be up there challenging not for just CL qualification but but for the title itself. Thats what our target should be. CL qualification should be a secondary aspiration.
If you guys are twittering about what I think you are twittering about, all I can say is that if some geezer deliberately grabbed and squeezed my nuts then I wouldnt just punch him, I'd fuggin split him in half irrespective of wether it was an international, domestic or even a training session. I'm seriously disappointed that you guys seem so quick to jump on the Press orientated "Suarez vilefication" bandwaggon again. Shameful!

Ron J with u on this I dont know what these boys have been reading but I read the same article said hed had his nuts grabbed the instant before the punch so the punch was retaliatory and as u say quite right too ! Do u recall the notorious Vinny Jones pic where he is reaching back behind him and causing Gazza agony by twisting his nuts ! Same thing...me too I d have done a lot more than just punch the guy in theface and it would have resulted in a 10 game ban for meHowever dont think offences in World Cup Qualifiers for u country result in the ban also applying to domestic Leagues thats punishing TWICE for the same crime ineffect imposing a 20 game ban rather than a ten game ban. Ten game ban seems pretty harsh anyway fo such a red card thought that only applied via FIFA to incidents of a racist nature ?
Yes but he's not just representing himself is he.. as you would if you smacked someone. Suarez is representing LFC and the EPL when he's playing.. and what he does when not playing.. he's also a role model..
Some Liverpool players and fans comments about Suarez's bite on Ivanovic's arm are disgraceful. They supported him ater racially abusing another player, now they support him after today.

Obviously, and ironic that you'd post that in this thread, and haven't read a word I've just said here.. What is the title of the thread afterall?
Furthermore, this is a direct comment from Brendan Rodgers:
"Players are always replaceable, no matter how good they think they are."
I think instead of looking for the obvious comments that will help you make things look uglier, you should read the ones that actually portray the situation as it really is. Several former Liverpool players, well known supporters, writers and media are absolutely putting him to the sword. You're never going to get 100% one way or another from everyone associated with an issue..
