I agree I think it is weak leadership from the chairman. Ever since southgate has taken over, the club has been going backwards. I think Gibson is one of the best chairman in the country, but I think he is letting his loyalties get in the way of a difficult decision. In any other job, if southgates performance constantly dropped over 2 years he would have been fired a long time ago.
Bad time for Steve Gibson, but Southgate's sticking by his baffling principles and Steve's unfortunately stuck by him. When Southgate eventually goes, I see him being more involved in administration or a job in the F.A.--not putting his boot up player's #$%$.
