So it seems Fulham manager was watching Gary O'Neil yesterday prior to putting in a bid in January. We already know Johnson has not been offered sufficient financial incentive to stay and is free to go in May and Wheater too is interesting several EPL clubs. To me the answer is simple in the case of O'Neil and Wheater if Boro are serious about getting promotion in May, Mr Gibson tells it loud and clear.... NO SALE at any price until the end of the season. As to Johnson, if he wants to go .. let him for £6m otherwise he stays too. However Boro need a winning run similar to Newcastle, there is nothing takes a players mind off moving than being part of a winning team, and that goes for loan players too.
