I remember Alan Curbishley at Charlton years back performing miracles and running the club on a shoe string budget. He built a team who worked as a team, a real achievement. There's similarities here at West Ham. Not so much as cash restriction, but having to think before you buy because of the Tevez cloud etc. It makes you think, instead of lashing millions about on so called super stars, get the right people in charge of the team and leave them to it. It proves it can be done.
