Reckon you'll be playing championship next season Jude much as it hurts to say it!

Just watched you play Man U and you were robbed mate - personally I hate both teams as you know but would have much preferred to see the better team win and that was saints on balance.

Good luck with promotion, hears to some south coast derbys next season if we can stick it out at fratton park.

Good to be back, I've not been far away, just nothing much to shout about this season.

Looks like your lot have really turned things rounds, good to see it can be done and you are now on the up. Would be great to have some more south coast derbys (which we will win of course).

I hope so Gary, be so nice to visit St Fairy's again and kick their sorry scum arses.

See you in the Final, I expect us to get murdered by Chelsea but I intend to enjoy it all the same.

BTW Hi Jude, long time no speak.

  • Great that Paul Hart has been appointed, let's not forget the mess he got us out of last season. we've lost a few good players but Al Fahim will get his wallet out in August so expect to see some quality if not big name signings during August.

Play up Pompey, Pompey play up.

  • Come on Saints, 3 games to go, play them all with pride and spirit and keep the faith.

Fill St Marys to capacity and get to the away games at Wednesday and most of all for the Forest game - your players need you more than ever.

Hell I may even try to get to the Burnley game myself!!

It's not to late to make it happen.

oioi less of the fish jokes, life's hard enough being a pompey fan right now!!

Still planning on coming out to NZ Gary, I've had some interest in my c.v. but think I'm going to put things on hold until the NZ economy improves a bit and the employers gain some confidence back with overseas candidates. A few places have said they are interested but want to meet face to face etc. Will prob look to come out Oct/Nov for some interviews.

Good to see the old crew on here - funny isn't it, years of posting yet still the same old sh!t !! Relegation battles and name calling - can't beat it.

Something to build on eh Jude? Might give the lads a bit of confidence and you can put some daylight between you and the dreaded drop. Good luck against Birmingham.

What's that scummer? can't quite hear you from such a long way down.

20th in the fizzy pop league is not really a position to hurl abuse from.

If you lot sink any lower you'll be begging to pull on a blue shirt.

Go sit down little man and get some rest, another day of skiving and pacing the aisles of Lidl and Aldi beckons.

Where does it say a manager has to stay at a club for the rest of his life? Harry has done more for Pompey than anyone could have hoped including taking you lot down where you belong - we could not have asked for more.

Best team on the South Coast?? Seriously.......you believe that??!!

I'd rather keep Fratton Park for the next one hundred years and see it full at every game than have to give tickets away like your lot.

You lot are finished - look at you scraping your arses at the bottom of the fizzy pop league - you are an embarrassment to the South Coast.

Funny enough just done that tonight!!!! Thanks for the tip, I'll keep you posted of any news. Who knows, I might even be able to buy you a beer in the not to distant future.

Any stabs at a goal count for wednesday? Your lot must be rubbing their hands together in anticipation. I really hope you knock us out, I just don't think we've got the squad to cope with this many games.

Yeah I know, so much paperwork to do. Depending on job offers I may look to get in initially on a work permit then apply for residency from NZ itself.

Most of the jobs I'm applying for are around 95k - 110k nzd, I'm an IT project manager. Is this a realistic wage for this role? If so is that enough to provide a good standard of living? (will be renting to start with and have allowed about 400nzd per week for this).

I've seen Dunedin on TV here in the uk, looks nice but cold!!

I'm looking at Auckland or Wellington at the mo but I'm not to fussy, will see what I'm offered. I'll keep you posted.

Nah it's not dead Gary - we're all just to busy celebrating the demise of the s c u m and the rise of pompey.

BTW I may be headed your way soon - am currently applying for residency in NZ!!

  • by A Yahoo! User Sep 19, 2008 05:31 Flag

Christ we looked good tonight, it's been ages since we passed the ball so well and created so many chances. Ok we died a bit in the 2nd half and they were punting it in from anywhere but we never looked like we were going to do anything but win.

Well done boys - awsome display.

    Play up pompey.

  • All the best to our boys today in the FA Cup Final.

Whatever the score we are Pompey and proud.

Pompey fans around the world - enjoy today, it doesn't get any better than this!!!!
