We've played Chelsea, City and Arsenal (the usual "other 3") once each in the league and walked away with 9pts. We should've done better! PMSL
We've won 25 of 30 games. The "invincibles" only won 26.
They won 22 of their first 30, with 74pts; Utd have 77pts.
What a #$%$ team we must be!

His passing for the first 60 or so mins was definitely off but, from that point on, he was excellent. His vision for Kagawa's second was superb.

Without David de Gea we would have conceded another 66 goals!
We'd probably already be relegated.
Without Messi, Barca would have dropped another 17 points and only have a +13 GD. Messi has scored 47% of their goals.

You presume correctly, Robert. They weren't kept apart from Utd/Arsenal.
I'm looking forward to the games. It will be extremely tough but anything can happen.

The commentator here said that DdG was missing due to having problems with his wisdom teeth, not that he was dropped.
Hope that's true. He needs to build his confidence.

I really don't like the verbiage of points 3 & 4.
Surely the "best person for the job" should be the one getting employed? This should be regardless of race/gender/religion/sexuality!

Would've been happier with home, but ... bring it on! ;-)
Sunderland v Middlesbrough
Swindon Town v Aston Villa
Wigan Athletic v Bradford City
Leeds United v Southampton
Norwich City v Tottenham Hotspur
Liverpool v Swansea City
Chelsea v Manchester United

What part of:
"I agree re. Everton though. Totally deserving of all three points."
is a lack of accepting it?
You need to read the posts before you reply, mate.
How did your boys do this weekend?
Who exactly are "your boys," by the way?
With the amount of posts on the United board, I'm thinking you're a closet red.

How exactly was 4½ mins "Fergie Time"?
There were 6 subs in the second half (6 x 30 secs. = 3 mins) and Jelavic was injured for at least a minute (therefore, 4 mins+).
If you're going to try the wind up routine, how about picking out things that were clearly wrong:
Bringing Anderson on at the end - Why bother trying to beef up midfield when you're looking for an equaliser?
Playing Nani, with Valencia at right back - why the hell would you waste Valencia's talent by stifling him that way? Why persist with the greedy Nani AT ALL?

So you're going to judge RvP on a 13 minute appearance and after 38 mins of pre-season games?
I agree re. Everton though. Totally deserving of all three points.
If only they could raise their game week-in, week-out. They'd be title contenders.

What, like Nasri's MotM performance yesterday?
You talk some nonsense, Flab.
Kagawa had a very good game. Especially considering it was his debut appearance in an English game.
