Live Commentary

  1. - Elias's lead in the standings now monstrous - 161 points to the 106 of Iannone.

  2. 0' Cluzel keeps Simon back - they are fourth and fifth. Talmacsi, Debon and Corsi make up the top eight, while Redding dropped back to 22nd by the end due to a problem. Tomizawa ended up 10th.

  3. 0' Takahashi second ahead of Iannone.

  4. 0' Elias wins the Czech Moto2 GP!

  5. 1' Elias will win this race barring a calamity. Cluzel holding off Simon some way back behind them.

  6. 2' Takahashi up on Iannone, and has P2! Elias away, three seconds clear.

  7. 3' Takahashi is in the final podium spot.

  8. 4' Elias building a lead from Iannone and looking good for the race win. Over a second and a half now.

  9. 5' Rolfo out of the race! Something has broken on his bike and he has no throttle... he will cruise back to the pits. Gutted.

  10. 6' Rolfo taking the fight to Elias... and he has the lead! Iannone still there, with Cluzel, Takahashi and Debon following some way back. Elias back through though for P1.

  11. 7' And Rolfo is right up into third and battling Elias... through for second!

  13. 9' Elias back to 0.6s behind the leader now. A nice battle shaping up for the win.

  14. 10' Pretty warm in Brno now as Iannone continues to push at the front.

  15. 11' Lukas Pesek is out of the race and not too happy after taking the bike back to the garage.

  16. 12' Iannone not away just yet, as Elias goes second ahead of Cluzel. Rolfo fourth, Debon fifth and Gabor Talmacsi sixth.

  18. 14' Iannone builds a gap of 1.3s with Cluzel the only rider able to keep tabs on him after half a lap of pushing.

  19. 15' Iannone now at the front - which is as congested as ever - ahead of Cluzel, Debon, Elias, Rolfo and Corsi. Tomizawa has dropped back.

  20. 16' Alex Debon through for the lead! He dropped back from eighth on the opening corners, but had battled back brilliantly.

  21. 17' Iannone in sixth after dropping way back at the start. Corsi takes over the lead.

  22. 18' Very close in the top positions. A second or so covering the top six.

  23. 19' Corsi up to third by the end of the first lap as Tomizawa goes P1 and Redding makes it up to ninth.

  24. 20' Dominique Aegerter fourth from sixth ahead of Simone Corsi and Arne Tode.

  25. 20' Elias up into the lead with Tomizawa running second from Jules Cluzel, who started in 11th!
