Rhythmic Gymnastics kicked off at the Paris Olympics this week, reminding everyone that the human body is capable of physics-defying flexibility and hand-eye coordination.
Athletes compete individually and as teams using four different apparatuses: ball, hoop, clubs and rope. And the skills they show off with each are nothing short of breath-taking. But they'll also make every non-athlete watching feel their bones and muscles aching just from witnessing their abilities.
