Cinnamon Caramel Apple Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups dried apples

  • 3/4 cups pitted dates

  • 3/4 cup uncooked oats

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Tools used:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture forms into a dough-like consistency.

  2. Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy unsalted peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee

  • 1/3 cup protein powder
