Aaron Ramsey astonishing net worth, huge Juventus earnings, family life and next job hint
Former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey will be appearing on Monday Night Football for Sky Sports' coverage of the Premier League clash between Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace. The Welshman, who departed the Gunners in 2019, is currently employed by Cardiff City after spells in France and Italy.
The 33-year-old made 369 appearances for Arsenal in an eight-year spell with 64 goals and 60 assists arriving in that time. Ramsey also enjoyed a fruitful career on the international stage having scored 21 goals for Wales in 86 games which saw him play a pivotal role in his nations stunning run to the 2016 European championship semi-finals.
Though the majority of his success came in the United Kingdom, Ramsey tried his hand abroad with a very disappointing spell at Juventus coming before one campaign with Nice. In that time Ramsey racked up a significant amount in wages with the experienced midfielder now coming towards the end of his career.
A hamstring injury is currently keeping him out of playing for Cardiff in the Championship but he has still been keeping busy with a new role handed out to him alongside his TV appearance. With all of that being said, football.london has taken a look at everything there is to know about Ramsey, both on and off the pitch.
Net worth after 18-year pro career
Based on his current salary at Cardiff and previous funds earnt, Ramsey's estimated net worth is in the region of £60million. That sum is likely inflated because he spent the 2020/21, 2021/2022 and 2022/23 campaigns at Italian giant Juventus, though he only made 70 appearances in that time.
According to Salary Sport, Ramsey was taking in close to £200,000 per week for three seasons with his weekly wage now down to £24,000 while back at boyhood club Cardiff. Away from the pitch, Ramsey is also involved in several businesses.

That includes The Aaron Ramsey Foundation, Off Market Luxury Properties Limited, Bespoke Land (Southwals) Ltd: and JDR Promotions Ltd. It is also said that Ramsey recently opened new offices for construction company Lancer Scott which will focus on investing in trainees and apprentices.
Based on that, it is clear Ramsey is rather well set up for new ventures if he chooses to explore areas other than football.
Personal life
Ramsey was born on December 26, 1990 in Caerphilly and he quickly took a keen interest in football at the age of eight with Cardiff capturing his signature ahead of Newcastle.
He then spent the following decade in the Welsh capital before a well-earned move to Arsenal arrived in 2008. It took some time for Ramsey to break into the senior team, following a horror leg injury suffered against Stoke City in February 2010.
As he attempted to break get his career back on track, loans at Nottingham Forest and back with Cardiff followed. In the meantime, he married Colleen Rowland with the pair having tied the knot 10 years ago and had three children since.
Away from football, while still playing at an elite level, Ramsey signed a contract with Elite Model Management. He has also previously discussed his "passion" for animals and their conservation and he is a supporter of World Wildlife Fund.
Next job hint
Though he could go down a number of avenues once his playing career concludes, coaching is certainly a pathway he could take. Given his experience, it would make perfect sense for him to follow the likes of Mikel Arteta, Cesc Fabregas and Thierry Henry.
Ramsey is already showing signs that he may want to with Cardiff intake on that role in the future with interim manager Omer Riza revealing what he did during their 5-0 win against Plymouth. "We had Aaron Ramsey upstairs today casting an eye down to give us some information and it all came together well today," he said.
"I said to Aaron yesterday that I'd like him to go up there, cast his eye over the game and if he had anything of importance to come down. To be fair, when he came down and mentioned a couple of things, it was what was in our minds anyway which is nice, so we're all on the same page.
"It's important when you've got players like Rallsy [Joe Ralls] and Aaron who are experienced and aren't playing, you have to try and use them in a different way and we did that today."
