Jonathan Parr has been named Crystal Palace's player of the year.

The 23-year-old Norwegian has shone both at full-back and in midfield in his first season at Selhurst Park.

Parr helped Palace reach the Carling Cup semi-finals and secure a comfortable mid-table finish in the Championship.

Teenage winger Wilfried Zaha, who scored nine goals this season, was named the club's young player of the year.
