ABS' Dogo eyes El Kanemi Warriors upset

The Ilorin side’s captain says he will like to remain in the elite division after his side got demoted last season

ABS's Sulaimon Dogo declares that his teammates are ready to cause an upset against El Kanemi Warriors in Maiduguri.

On Wednesday, the Saraki Boys visit a side yet to drop points at the El Kanemi Sports Complex and despite their impressive form, Dogo fancies the Saraki Boys' chances.

"Football is a game of 11 versus 11. We have a mission to accomplish in Maiduguri and for sure it is something we hope to achieve," Dogo told Goal.

"El-Kanemi Warriors shouldn't expect a stroll in the park. We are ABS and not any other club. We have an identity that we hope to maintain.

"It will be very tough but we have our target which is defeating them in front of their fans. It's a task that is very possible. The boys are very focused and determined to make a lasting impression in the game.

"We want to win in Maiduguri and that's our major target. I hope we achieve our objective," he concluded.
