Antonio Conte treated Chelsea under-18s an impromptu victory speech after their FA Cup Youth Final win over Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
Chelsea won their fourth Youth Cup in as many years after thrashing Man City 5-1 in their second leg at Stamford Bridge to win the final 6-2 on aggregate.
Conte watched the match from the Stamford Bridge stands alongside Chelsea chairman Roman Abramovich, Frank Lampard and John Terry before entering the winning dressing room to praise the club's talented youngsters.

"Congratulations. It was a good game and you deserved to win the trophy," said Conte.
"It's always important for us to win this competition. It is a competition with big tradition and I happy for you. I hope you continue to work on this way. Well done and good job."
Trevoh Chalobah, Ike Ugbo, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Dujon Sterling and Cole Dasilva all got on the scoresheet as Jody Morris recorded his first trophy as coach.
