What Arsenal supporters chanted at Jordan Pickford before Everton ace's brutal title race verdict
Arsenal dropped points in a second consecutive Premier League game on Saturday when they were held to a goalless draw against Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Sections of the home support taunted Toffees goalkeeper Jordan Pickford in the first half when he sent a goal kick into touch for a throw in. "You’re just a s*** Aaron Ramsdale," rang out, referencing the Gunners' former shotstopper, who now plays his football at Southampton.
But, it was the England number one who got the last laugh as his heroics between the sticks helped Sean Dyche's side earn a crucial point away at one of the league's top teams. For Arsenal, it further dented their title hopes as they failed to capitalise on a weekend where rivals Liverpool also dropped points in a 2-2 draw at home to Fulham.

Pickford, who produced a goal-saving moment in the first half to deny Martin Odegaard from close range, admitted post-match that Everton were made to suffer at times. But, he praised the team's discipline as they went on to produce a big upset in the title race.
"It doesn't matter if they're near the top [of the table] or bottom, every team in the Premier League is tough to play against, whether it's home or away" Pickford said in an interview with Premier League productions.
"It's about how we apply ourselves on the day. Stick to the game plan and suffer as a team in moments. I think we suffered a lot without the ball, but we dug a point out and those points at the end of the season become crucial.
"We've had two defeats in 10 or 11 [games now], so the discipline is there. It's just getting the other side [of our game] going. Against Arsenal; you'll smash and grab a point all day long."
Arsenal return to action midweek with the visit of Crystal Palace in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup. They will then travel away to Selhurst Park just a few days later for a league meeting with the Eagles.
As things stand, Mikel Arteta 's side are six points behind leaders Liverpool, who have a game in hand. Chelsea have an opportunity to move four points ahead of Arsenal with a victory over Brentford on Sunday.
