Arsenal continue to push for new signings having made a busy start to the summer transfer window.

Gabriel Jesus and Fabio Vieira are the landmark signings of the market so far for the Gunners, with plenty more potentially following.

Interest for Lyon star Lucas Paqueta has emerged alongside that of Youri Tielemans, who is out of contract at Leicester in a year’s time.

Arsenal also continue to fight Manchester United for the services of Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez.

Here is your latest update of Arsenal transfer news and rumours...

Lucas Paqueta

Lyon and Brazil midfielder Paqueta is mulling over an approach from Arsenal.

Foot Media claim the Gunners are gauging the 24-year-old’s interest in moving to north London before taking their proposal to Lyon, who will demand around £42million for a deal.

Paqueta is described as content to be a central pillar of the French club’s growing project, but the call of Mikel Arteta is reportedly one that will tempt him.

Arsenal have been told to make a bid for Tielemans sooner rather than late as enquiries for the Leicester star grow.

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has stated that the Belgian is ready to move to the Gunners for a fee in the region of £30m.

Yet Arsenal have still not made an official approach amid their interest in Paqueta and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Lisandro Martinez

Argentine outlet TyC Sports are reporting that Arsenal target Martinez would prefer a move to Manchester United.

The defender has told Ajax that he wants to leave for the Premier League this summer, with bids from both clubs rejected.

While it has been said that either team would be acceptable for Martinez, the latest reports note that his time spent with Erik ten Hag in Amsterdam will lean him towards a move to Old Trafford.
