Arsenal vs Leeds: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h results today

A place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals is up for grabs when Leeds travel to Arsenal on Tuesday night.

A late equaliser against Crystal Palace and comfortable win over Aston Villa send the Gunners into the game on good form, without defeat in seven games in all competitions.

It has been an impressive bounceback from Mikel Arteta’s side with their most recent loss the 5-0 humbling at Manchester City that raised questions over the Spaniard’s suitability to the Emirates Stadium dugout.

The fixture list has been somewhat kind to Arsenal in recent weeks however, and while a draw at home to Leeds is not straightforward it does avoid the likes of City, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Marcelo Biesla’s side snatched a late draw at home to Wolves on Saturday and have won just two games in 90 minutes this season, at home to Watford in the league and Crewe in the Carabao Cup.

Both managers are expected to ring the changes and give game time to their reserve players for this clash, particularly with Premier League matters hotting up for both teams.

Arsenal vs Leeds prediction

Having two teams largely made up of fringe players adds a layer of the unexpected but Leeds have struggled in cup competitions under Bielsa and Arsenal should have the talent to see out the job in front of their home fans.

Arsenal win, 2-0.
