Arsene Wenger could make shock return to Japan
Arsene Wenger could make a surprise return to Japan following his departure from Arsenal.
Wenger left Arsenal in the summer after 22 years in charge at Highbury and then the Emirates, finishing sixth in the table in his final season.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Wenger has offers from the Chinese Super League, and rejected the chance to move to China when he was made a £30m offer two years ago.

He has also been linked with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, but they appointed Julen Lopetegui and Thomas Tuchel respectively.
However he has been linked with a move back to Japan, to lead the national team. Akira Nishino took the side to the first knockout round of the World Cup, where they were knocked out against Belgium,, and his contract expires in August.
The Daily Mail report that he could now return to Japan after a spell at Nagoya Grampus Eight.
