Aston Villa vs Fulham | Championship Play-Off Final 2018 | May 26, 5pm BST | Wembley Stadium

A place in the Premier League is at stake as Fulham and Aston Villa face off in the Championship Play-Off Final on Saturday.

Fulham's stunning 23-game unbeaten run came to a halt at Birmingham as Slavisa Jokanovic's men missed out on automatic promotion on the final day of the season.

Their promotion dreams looked to be heading south as Derby won the first leg of their play-off semi-final, but Fulham overturned a 1-0 deficit to win the second leg 2-0 in front of a jubilant Craven Cottage to stay on track for a place in the top flight.

Villa finished five points behind Fulham in the table, but fans will be confident that Steve Bruce has the know-how at this level to guide the Villans back to the Premier League.
