"I think the game, despite the ability of Manchester City, is an opportunity for us to see where we are.

"We know we need to get a result to stay in the competition or to see whether we can finish third to get into the Europa League.

"It's important to get a result. It's going to be a very tough match against a very good side, but thankfully we start at 0-0, so we'll see how we get on."

"I want to qualify as soon as possible; I am not thinking about rotating. I go game by game.

"Try to win tomorrow to be already there [in the last 16] one more year - that would be incredible. But if not, there is Shakhtar at home and Dinamo Zagreb away and we will see.

"Tomorrow is the most important game. Try to play good, and after the next one.

"Before the first fixture there might have been a danger [of complacency], but they know, they have experienced exactly what it takes to come up against them."
