Bacary Sagna Admits He Was 'Left Feeling Like Muhammad Ali' After Fans Show Appreciation

Manchester City's Bacary Sagna was left 'feeling like Muhammad Ali' after the huge amount of support he received from some young fans when attending a rehabilitation session.

Sagna hasn't played a game since he pulled up with a groin injury against Liverpool last month which also forced him out of the French national side for their games against Spain and  Luxembourg.

The fans however haven't stopped giving their support and while at the session he was mobbed by a group of school kids showing their admiration for the defender.

Sagna took to Instagram to share a video of the support he received saying:" Feeling like Muhammad Ali.. so much love from these kids.. the rehab goes on.." .

Sagna was also absent  from City's 2-1 loss to Chelsea which has left them in fourth place and just four points ahead of Arsenal who have a game in hand.

The France international's future is also uncertain as his current contract is set to expire at the end of the season and with no new deal being discussed he has been linked with a potential move to West Ham.
