Manu Ginobili hit a driving layup with 1.8 seconds left in overtime to clinch the game for San Antonio.
Spurs' forward Tim Duncan finished with 24 points and 17 rebounds.
Memphis ended the fourth quarter with a 14-2 run that featured a buzzer-beating layup by guard Mike Conley and sent the game into overtime.
Conley scored a season-high 30 points for Memphis.
Jazz 112, Thunder 101
Gordon Hayward scored 17 of his career-high 37 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Utah Jazz to a surprise win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Hayward also grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out seven assists to overshadow a strong performance from Kevin Durant and help the Jazz to their best biggest win of a rough season.
Durant scored 48 points for Oklahoma City, who played without starters Russell Westbrook (knee) and Serge Ibaka (illness).

LeBron James scored 16 of his 32 points in the third quarter to lead the Miami Heat past the New Orleans Pelicans.
Heat guard Dwyane Wade added 22 points, eight rebounds and eight assists as Miami outscored the visitors 32-18 in the final quarter.
The Pelicans were led by forward Anthony Davis, who had 22 points, 12 rebounds, two blocks and three steals.

Carmelo Anthony scored a game-high 34 points as the New York Knicks accounted for the Detroit Pistons.
Detroit's Andre Drummond scored 12 points and grabbed 17 rebounds while Josh Smith added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Pistons.
