As the star defender of one of the best teams in Europe, it's fair to say Bayern Munich defender Mats Hummels knows a bit about football.
The Germany international must have nightmares about going to training most days, knowing he will have to defend against teammates Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery, Douglas Costa, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller, just to name a few.
He also comes up against youngsters like Kingsley Coman, Joshua Kimmich and Renatio Sanches, all of whom are regarded as some of the most promising players in Germany.
And while there are dozens of youth prospects throughout European football, Hummels believes there are none better than Borussia Dortmund forward Ousmane Dembele. Hummels, who previously played for Dortmund, conducted a question and answer session on Twitter on Friday, revealing he believed Dembele is 'the best talent at the moment'.
It's very hard to disagree with Hummels on this particular issue. While Dele Alli keeps scoring for Tottenham in the Premier League and Sanches is highly rated at Bayern, Dembele is already seen as one of Dortmund's best players, let alone one of their best youngsters, and would arguably start for most teams throughout Europe.
At just 19-years-old Dembele is already impressing with his large contributions to Dortmund's attack, scoring six goals and adding nine assists in 23 Bundesliga appearances. It is genuinely scary to think how good the teenager could be at his peak.
