Bellator 138: Kimbo vs. Shamrock took place in St. Louis on Friday night with very few fighters landing on the medically suspended list.
The largest controversy from the event was the debate about whether or not the fix was in for the Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock main event. Shamrock lost the bout via TKO stoppage, and landed on the medical suspension list that the Missouri Office of Athletics released on Monday.

It’s not clear exactly what Shamrock's next step is after losing to Kimbo. There is chatter that he might want to fight old UFC-rival Royce Gracie, but for now, Shamrock is medically suspended for the 30 days following the fight with Kimbo.
Only four Bellator 138 fighters were handed medical suspensions. Daniel Weichel receiving the lengthiest suspension after getting knocked out by featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire.
