Bodybuilder and fitness vlogger Will Tennyson has hit the gym with professional arm wrestlers, powerlifters, and CrossFit athletes, but in his latest challenge video he takes on possibly his toughest workout yet, joining the recently crowned 2023 World's Strongest Man champion Mitchell Hooper for a strongman training session.

First up in Hooper's epic workout is the yoke carry. "If you don't shit during the yoke I'll be disappointed," he says. Tennyson starts out at 185 pounds and adds weight to the metal frame with each round, going up to 410, and technically reaching failure at 500 pounds.

However, he pushes on and is successful in lifting the frame at Hooper's effortless-looking 770 pounds—even if he can't cover any distance with it. "I'm going to say I squat 770," he says.

After officially tapping out while trying to match Hooper's staggering 1,000 pounds yoke, Tennyson moves onto the next strongman event of the day; the log press. And while it weighs a much lighter 165 pounds, Hooper warns Tennyson that this move is "much trickier" to perform. Tennyson manages 165 pounds, but fails at 210.

The third exercise is the barbell press. Tennyson starts out at 185 pounds, then 225, which is his current strict press PR, before setting a new best with 245 pounds. Meanwhile, Hooper continues to show off, pressing 365, 405, and 455 pounds. "You unracked that thing like it was your bitch," remarks Tennyson.

By the time they get to the final strongman staple of the day, Atlas stones, Tennyson is wiped. "I got my ass kicked," he says. "A few brain cells are gone."
