Camacho ended the fairytale story of journeyman Hari Miles in the final, scoring the only knockout of the evening, to bring his overall record up to 9-1 (five KOs) and bounce back from his English title defeat to China Clark in March.

Camacho shut out Martyn Granger in the quarter-finals before inflicting a first defeat upon Nathan Owens in the last four. Miles also ended an unbeaten record when he upset Conall Carmichael in his first bout before getting by Danny McIntosh in the semis.

In the other two bracket openers, Owens defeated Shane McPhilbin while McIntosh stopped a losing run against Neil Dawson.
