Some of you have made it clear that you will not be watching the World Cup. But if you still want to watch football on the tellybox or on your laptop, we have the best game (almost) every day of the tournament.

And actually some of these choices are better than Qatar v Ecuador…

Sunday November 20: Chelsea v Tottenham (WSL) – BBC One
Alex Scott introduces as the reigning women’s champions take on Spurs. You just have to make sure you switch over quick-sticks afterwards as coverage of evil Qatar v Ecuador comes straight afterwards.

Monday November 21: Mirandés v FC Cartagena (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
Mirandes are coached by Joseba Etxeberria. They are also sh*t but don’t let that put you off.

Tuesday November 22: N/A
Go for a walk.

Wednesday November 23: Chelsea v Real Madrid (Women’s Champions League) – DAZN
Caroline Weir comes back to England to try and do to Chelsea what she did to Manchester City in Champions League qualifying.

Thursday November 24: Barcelona v Bayern Munich (Women’s Champions League) – DAZN
Lionesses aplenty as Lucy Bronze and Keira Walsh take on Georgia Stanway. And a whole load of other brilliant women.

Friday November 25: Huesca v Sporting Gijon (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
Sporting Gijon are coached by Abelardo. They are also sh*t but don’t let that put you off.

Saturday November 26: Linfield v Crusaders (Northern Irish Premiership) – BBC iPlayer
Sky Sports not putting any EFL games up against Poland v Saudi Arabia is ludicrous; so you’ll have to wait and watch two greats of Northern Irish football. The former are managed by goal machine David Healy.

Sunday November 27: Burgos CF v Real Zaragoza (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
Burgos could get promoted to La Liga for the first time in their history this season. Hipster heaven.

Monday November 28: Ayr United v Pollok (Scottish FA Cup) – BBC iPlayer
The West of Scotland Football Leaguers will be hoping to pull off a shock. Enjoy.

Tuesday November 29: N/A
Go for a walk. What is with Tuesdays?

Wednesday November 30: Tenerife v Real Oviedo (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
Two lower mid-table teams in the second flight of Spanish football. What more do you want?

Thursday December 1: N/A
Leaking into Thursdays now. This won’t do.

Friday December 2: Glenavon v Larne (Northern Irish Premiership) – BBC iPlayer
A rare chance to see shock Northern Irish title contenders Larne. Better.

Saturday December 3: York City v Wrexham (National League) – BT Sport
A genuine blockbuster non-league clash. Ryan Reynolds might be there.

Sunday December 4: Wycombe Wanderers v Portsmouth (League One) – Sky Sports
Proper football.

Monday December 5: Ponferradina v Burgos CF (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
Ponferradina are managed by former Reading boss Jose Gomes. And yes, they are rotten.

Tuesday December 6: Real Oviedo v Las Palmas (La Liga 2) – La Liga Sports TV
This would have been a La Liga clash not many moons ago. Football royalty ahoy.

Wednesday December 7: Arsenal v Juventus (Women’s Champions League) – DAZN
Giants of the women’s game in action. All killer no filler in the WCL.

Thursday December 8: Real Madrid v Chelsea (Women’s Champions League) – DAZN
Giants of the women’s game in action. All killer no filler in the WCL.

Friday December 9: Coleraine v Crusaders (Northern Irish Premiership) – BBC iPlayer
Crusaders continue to try and wrestle the title away from all-conquering Linfield.

Saturday December 10: Blackburn Rovers v Preston North End (Championship) – Sky Sports
Now isn’t that a sight for sore eyes?

Sunday December 11: Man City v Man Utd (WSL) – BBC One
At the Etihad in front of a massive crowd. This should be a blockbuster.

Monday December 12: Sunderland v West Brom (Championship) – Sky Sports
One of about seven Tony Mowbray derbies in the Championship.

Tuesday December 13/Wednesday December 14: N/A
Nobody dares go up against World Cup semi-finals? Cowards.

Thursday December 15: Rangers v Hibernian (Scottish Premiership) – Sky Sports
Very much enjoying the assumption that none of the players in the Scottish league will be still in the World Cup by the semi-final stage.

Friday December 16: Birmingham City v Reading (Championship) – Sky Sports
This is almost beginning to feel normal.

Saturday December 17: Aberdeen v Celtic (Scottish Premiership) – Sky Sports
What f***ing World Cup?

Sunday December 18: Luton Town v Millwall (Championship) – Sky Sports
Undoubtedly the game of the day/weekend/month.
