Bramble cleared of sex assault

Sunderland defender Titus Bramble has been found not guilty at Teesside Crown Court of sexually assaulting two women.

Bramble, 30, was cleared of four charges of sexual assault relating to a night out in Yarm, Teesside, on September 28 last year.

He had been accused of groping a woman in the Cross Keys nightclub, before assaulting another woman in a taxi.

Bramble had denied all charges. He was cleared by a jury at the end of a three-day trial at Teesside Crown Court.
