I WANTED to express my admiration for our local BBC South Today weather presenter Alexis Green after she spoke out about her recent harassment ordeal.

How brave to speak publicly about the distress that has had a huge impact on her life.

Alexis wanted to be the voice of the people, to help everyone who is going through or has gone through the same thing.

Thank you Alexis for your bravery to go through such an ordeal and then be brave enough to talk about it to help others.

Hopefully with time, things will become easier.

You are much loved and admired in the south, we all send our love and support to you and your family.
