Gareth Bale limped out of Sunday's Clasico clash between Real Madrid and Barcelona after just 38 minutes with what appeared to be a recurrence of a calf injury.
The Wales international had been a doubt for the encounter between LaLiga's top two at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday after a calf problem sustained against Bayern Munich on April 12.
However, Bale was named in Zinedine Zidane's starting line-up and the gamble did not pay off as he went down injured before half-time - Marco Asensio sent on as his replacement.
Casemiro had given Real Madrid a controversial lead before Lionel Messi equalised with a moment of magic to leave the scores 1-1 at the interval.
Bale has had an injury-hit campaign for the Liga leaders, having previously missed a substantial period of the season with an ankle injury.
