The Bees beat Bournemouth 3-2 on aggregate in a dramatic semi-final and are now looking to go one better than a year ago, when they were beaten in extra-time in the final by west London rivals Fulham.
Swansea were also in last season’s playoffs and were knocked out in the semi-finals by Brentford, but reached the final this time around by seeing off Barnsley.
