Rest in pieces, Craig Thompson (circa 1996-2017).

That’s the name of the poor kid (played by Brad’s Status breakout Austin Abrams) who’s sent to meet his maker in a new red-band clip from the horror satire Tragedy Girls (watch above).

Craig is essentially used as bait by Sadie (Deadpool’s Brianna Hildebrand) and McKayla (X-Men: Apocalypse’s Alexandra Shipp) as the titular social media stars attempt to lure the serial killer Lowell (Kevin Durand) into their grasp.

Their plan is a rousing success. The killing, though, has just begun.

Directed by Tyler McIntyre, who co-wrote the script with Chris Lee Hill (which was based on an original screenplay by Justin Olson), the film also stars Craig Robinson, Josh Hutcherson, Timothy V. Murphy, and Nicky Whelan.

Tragedy Girls is now playing in select theaters and expands to more on Friday.
