Brook Hill Baseball pounds Prince of Peace for 10th-straight victory

Mar. 22—BULLARD — The Guard of Brook Hill jumped out to a 14-0 lead after two innings of play before trouncing Carrollton-Prince of Peace, 16-0, in Bullard Friday night.

The Guard are now 10-1, 4-0 and have won 10-straight games.

Samuel Williams cracked an inside-the-park home run and drove in three runs, Cooper Schock tripled and knocked in a run, Braxton Durrett went 2-2 with a double and a RBI and Tommy Hillard stroked a two-run single.

Luke Visser had three RBI for the Guard.

Collecting the win on the hill was Levi Visser, allowed one hit in two innings of work and fanned three.

Luke McNeel worked the final-two frames for the Guard and struck out five and walked one.
