THE BUFF: What slow news week? We've got lizards, crocs and bald-headed eagles

THIS week's Buff Podcast skims over the fact it has been a quiet week at Bolton Wanderers and makes its own news.

Should Josh Windass be applauded for his social media exploits? Can Dapo Afolayan pull off plastic footwear and why does Henry keep Lloyd Isgrove's signed sock in his spare room?

Of course we debate all the week's headlines. We wrote them.

There is a cancelled friendly against Oldham Athletic, talk of fan disorder, early season slumps and Harry Brockbank's American U-turn.

But more importantly there are emails from our fantastic listeners - from wacky kit sponsorship ideas and stadium naming rights, to ridiculous bald science.

And to top it off, Marc sits in The Buff's custom made leather chair to answer Mastermind questions on the one and only Kevin Davies. Spoiler: He should have studied.

Remember, it isn't just a podcast, it's The Buff Podcast. And we're here every Friday.

If you want to get in contact with the show, please email thebuffmail@gmail.com or tweet Marc on @MarcIles and @Henry__Hewitt  And please, please leave a review. We work hard to put these episodes out every single week, in-season and out, and the more feedback we get, the better the product. Having said all that, we are currently only accepting five-star ratings, as all the other ratings are broken.
