Callum Hudson-Odoi will not be leaving Chelsea during this summer transfer window after Thomas Tuchel decided against letting the forward go.

Talks had been held over a season-long loan move to Borussia Dortmund with Hudson-Odoi sitting down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.

The 20-year-old had initially wanted to stay at Stamford Bridge this summer but after not appearing in the Premier League so far this season became open to a move to Dortmund.

Other clubs were interested in a deal but the German side were the only viable option. Leicester City were linked with a permanent move but never had the finances required.

However, former Dortmund manager Tuchel made the final call on deadline day, deciding to keep Hudson-Odoi and bringing talks to an end.

One academy graduate who will leave the club is Tino Anjorin. The midfielder will join Lokomotiv Moscow in a deal worth £17million. Chelsea will hold a £40million buy-back clause.
