Two of Carlisle United's owners will face questions from fans next week.
John Nixon and Steven Pattison are on a panel of five directors who will appear at a fans' forum at Brunton Park.
They will be joined by Suzanne Kidd, Nigel Clibbens and CUOSC's Billy Atkinson in answering questions from supporters.
But not involved will be other key figures from the Blues top table in chairman and co-owner Andrew Jenkins, and Holdings director John Jackson, from lenders Purepay Retail Limited.
The event is being held in the Sunset Suite next Tuesday, May 24.
The forum will give fans the chance to quiz club bosses on some of the major off-field issues at Brunton Park.
The debt situation with Purepay Retail Limited is likely to be one of the hot topics aired.
The forum is being hosted by the Carlisle United Supporters' Groups (CUSG).
United's supporter liaison officer Simon Clarkson said: "With so much positivity around what’s happening on the pitch, with the appointment of Paul Simpson and the work he’s doing in terms of reshaping the squad and his backroom staff, we think this will be the perfect opportunity to ask some of the shareholders and directors about the other important ongoing matters.
“Season ticket renewal numbers are really encouraging, hence priority for attendance is being given to season ticket holders as a thank you to them.
“There’s no doubt this event will be very popular, so book early, and come along to ask the questions you want answered."
Capacity is limited to 100 with season-ticket holders asked to book their places via email.
For those who cannot attend, the club will stream the forum live on YouTube, with the event running from 7-8.30pm.
There will also be a raffle in aid of the Jigsaw Children's Hospice and CUSG, and a cashless bar will be open.
United invite fans to book their places by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, include your name and season ticket ID number, or the transaction number given when purchasing this season’s season ticket.
