Catalans Dragons will welcome back three key players for Sunday’s visit to Wakefield, who will have Kelepi Tanginoa back in their line-up.

England World Cup hopeful Tom Davies and Samoa international Tyrone May will be back available for the Dragons this weekend. Australian half-back Mitchell Pearce could also return after missing last week’s defeat to Leeds.

Steve McNamara’s side travel to Wakefield on Sunday, 3pm kick-off.

However, Catalans will be without Dylan Napa, Joe Chan, Gil Dudson, Mathieu Laguerre, Ben Garcia, Julian Bousquet, Matt Whitley, Mike McMeeken and Jordan Dezaria for their trip to Belle Vue.

Kelepi Tanginoa back for Wakefield’s visit of Catalans Dragons

As for Wakefield, Tanginoa is likely to return after serving a one-match ban. The Combined Nations All Stars forward missed last week’s derby win at Castleford.

Wales World Cup hopeful Kyle Evans has also been included in Willie Poching’s 21-man squad. The duo come in for Jack Croft and Rob Butler. Isaac Shaw and Brad Walker could feature for Trinity after missing out last week.

Wakefield will be without Max Jowitt, Reece Lyne, Liam Kay, Jorge Taufua, Jay Pitts and Tom Johnstone.

A win for Trinity would see them go four points clear of Toulouse in the Super League table. Toulouse suffered an agonising 22-16 defeat at Hull KR on Thursday night. Trinity also have a better points difference than their French counterparts, but only by nine points.

Wakefield: Miller, Lino, Battye, Hood, Arona, Ashurst, Tanginoa, Crowther, Whitbread, Batchelor, Gaskell, Kershaw, Walker, Aydin, Murphy, Shaw, Hall, Fifita, Evans, Bowden, Shaul.

Catalans: Mourgue, Davies, Langi, Whare, Yaha, Pearce, Drinkwater, McIlorum, Da Costa, Jullien, Seguier, Goudemand, Romano, May, Le Cam, Cozza, Rouge, Franco, Kasiano, Tomkins, T Chan.
