Cesar confirms Inter departure

Julio Cesar is set to depart Inter Milan after being told he has no future at the club.


The Brazilian goalkeeper has two years left on his current deal, but is looking for another new club with Inter capturing Samir Handanovic from Udinese.

“They have been seven beautiful and successful years, but, in a few days, my adventure in the Inter shirt will end,” said Cesar on Facebook.

Cesar replaced Francesco Toldo as Inter's first choice goalkeeper and most memorably helped them win the Champions League two years ago.

Cesar could move to could move to England while he has also been linked with a return to Brazil.
