The Champions League is almost back with the Premier League sides enjoying newfound success in Europe with both Liverpool and Tottenham reaching last season’s final.

The Reds prevailed in Madrid thanks to Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi’s goals, clinching the club’s sixth European crown.

European giants on the continent have spent lavishly though this summer, with Real Madrid rebuilding under Zinedine Zidane, Barcelona pinching Antoine Griezmann from rivals Atletico Madrid and signing one of the revelations from last season’s competition in Frenkie De Jong from Ajax.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus remain strong contenders despite Maurizio Sarri replacing Massimiliano Allegri in Turin.

While Manchester City will hope to finally break through to make a final under Pep Guardiola, with Chelsea returning after a year away. Here’s everything you need to know about the draw.

When and where is the Champions League draw?

The draw will take place in Monaco on Thursday, August 29.

Expect proceedings should get underway at around 5pm.

The draw will be available to watch for free on Uefa’s official website with a live stream, while BT Sport will provide coverage and analysis across their platforms.
