Chelsea confirm Pedro Neto transfer as Enzo Maresca seals tenth summer signing

Chelsea have completed the signing of Pedro Neto from Wolverhampton Wanderers. The 24-year-old joins the Blues in a deal initially worth £51million, although it could rise to £54million with add-ons.
