Chelsea duo Bertrand Traore and Christian Atsu have been named in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Team of the Tournament.

Traore, who made 10 Premier League appearances last season and is currently on loan at Ajax, starred for Burkina Faso en route to the semi finals.

The 19-year-old scored once for his nation, who eventually secured third place after beating Atsu's Ghana in the third-place play off.

Atsu was an unused substitute in that game but produced a string of impressive performances for the Black Stars, having previously been named Player of the Tournament in 2015.

The 25-year-old is yet to make a breakthrough at Stamford Bridge but is currently on loan at Newcastle and has made 16 Championship appearances for Rafa Benitez's side this season.
