A city road will be closed today while resurfacing work takes place.

And there are temporary traffic lights being set up on a busy road just outside Worcester, according to Worcestershire Highways.

Somers Road in Barbourne is closed today (Monday, June 5) from the junction with Barbourne Road to the junction with Barbourne Walk.

Drainage work is also starting today on the A44 Bromyard Road at Bransford. This means temporary lights will be in operation for the next five days.

Footpath repair work is taking place in Heron Close, Lower Wick, and is due to last four days.
