Ellery Hanley has named his 17-man Combined Nations All Stars to face England at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington.

The Combined Nations All Stars features players from seven different Super League clubs. They will be led by captain Shaun Kenny-Dowall of Hull KR.

Seven players will be making their second appearance for the All Stars. Kenny Edwards, Kruise Leeming, Peter Mata’utia, Matt Prior, Chris Satae, Ken Sio and Kelepi Tanginoa all played in last year’s 26-24 victory over England.

The Combined Nations All Stars will be wearing Tonga-inspired shirts for the game, with 10% of all shirt sales going to the ongoing efforts to help Tonga recovery from the devastating tsunami in January. The All Stars will by led onto the pitch by Tonga legends Konrad Hurrell and Fuifui Moimoi.

Hanley said: “A few of the senior players asked whether Konrad and Fuifui would be able to lead us out due to their Tongan connections and what we’re raising money for.

“We’re keen to help the Tongan community as much as we can and when we asked them both to be involved they were really proud.”
