Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street has aired an exit for Christina — but not before she left Daisy with an ominous warning.
Friday's episode (March 24) started off on a tense note for the duo, as Christina announced she'd invited Daisy's "school friends" Samantha and Ellie to the Hen Do.
Daisy was anything but pleased by the blast from her past, though Christina downplayed her daughter's memories of being bullied by the two girls.
During a game of Truth or Dare, Daisy took issue with one of her old mates mocking Gemma — and Christina failed to stand up for her daughter's Weatherfield friends.
"Just wind your neck in," Christina demanded.
When the girls mocked Daisy for living in Weatherfield, Rita had enough and walked out — after calling Samantha and Ellie "a right pair of nincompoops".
Christina was shocked when Daisy revealed she'd called a cab for her 'old friends' and her mum, then ordered them all to get out of the Rovers.
"I don't want you at the wedding," she told her mum.
As Christina went to leave, she spitefully told Daisy: "No woman in our family has ever had a happy wedding day and you are no different.
"You see, there's a family curse. It's true, the day was cursed from the beginning. The further away from it I am, the better."
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
