The visitors won the toss and opted to bat but saw opening pair Charlotte Edwards and Danielle Wyatt dismissed early on, falling for 10 and 12 respectively. Sarah Taylor came to the crease and steadied the ship for a short while, notching a quickfire 28 off 32 balls before falling to Stacy-Ann King.

Natalie Sciver top scored for England with 36 as the visitors set West Indies a very achievable target of 115.

The hosts made light work of England’s total, despite opener Kyshona Kinght falling for just nine runs. Stefanie Taylor and Deandra Dottin proved too difficult for England’s bowling attack to remove as the pair steered West Indies to an eight-wicket victory.
